Boxing Workout and Fat Smash Update

This week we are adding more cardio at the beginning and end of the workout. Normally I do 3 rounds of jumping rope. Now I will be doing 10 minutes of elliptical, 2 rounds of jumping rope, boxing, core, then 10 more minutes of elliptical. I wonder if my trainer thinks I've got a fight coming up? :-)
Extreme Fat Smash Update: I've lost 7.5lbs and 7 inches total so far since I started 2 weeks ago. I'm now a believer that diet and exercise go hand in hand. I must say I am enjoying eating better, to my surprise. As Dr. Ian says in his book, if you leave either one out, it's like having a car with a full tank of gas and 4 flat tires.

I did this about 2 or 3 months ago and lost 13 pounds. I started again this Monday April 28th and ready to start smashing the fat.
