Today my trainer had me shadow box 2 rounds with 3lb dumbells in my hands. This increases strength, and thereby, hand speed. One of those things where you say to yourself "shoot this is nothing" ....until you go on with the rest of the workout. My arms feel like the proverbial lead right now.
